Fatma is a food and biotechnology engineer and is a certified lead auditor at the Israeli Standards Institute for food safety management systems.
After obtaining her engineering degree from the Technion, Fatma gained extensive expertise in the food industry including catering factories, meat factories, salad factories, dairies, restaurants, bakeries, confectioneries, food imports, and more.
In her capacity as a lead engineering auditor, Fatma deals with the certification of organizations for quality and product safety standards.
